Pausing Shipping to Non-US Destinations
Dear Beloved Customers,
We launched the program in early 2022 for our customers international shipping to destinations outside the United States and its territories. After careful consideration, we are pausing the International Shipping Beta Program for temporary, for orders being shipped outside the United States.
Shipping speed and reliability are some of the most important things that SHIRLYN.CO values and it is at the core of your e-Commerce experience. During the beta program, we arrived at the conclusion that we are not yet equipped to provide exceptional shipping services to international destinations, and therefore we decided to pause the program, continue to expand our shipping networks (i.e. Europe, Canada, and etc.), and resume international shipping at a later date.
Current international orders will still be fulfilled until March 31st, 2022 and all orders shipped to the United States will NOT be affected. Any international orders placed through SHIRLYN.CO after this date will automatically be set to canceled status and will reflect as is under “Orders” in the SHIRLYN.CO platform.
